Today as part of our Statistics unit we went outside to investigate what colour car went past Roydvale School the most. We recorded the colours of 25 cars in a tally chart and tomorrow we will show the results on a bar graph.

It's Problem Solving week in Maths and today we have been busy using strategies such as drawing a picture, finding a pattern and using equipment to help us solve problems.
It can be very frustrating trying to find the solutions but we are persevering to work out the answers.

Having fun in Maths today - Number Shark, playing guess my number and solving tricky multiplication problems.
Monday 19th August
Multiplication and division is so much easier when we can use equipment.
Who thought maths was so yummy.I really enjoyed making my ULTIMATE ice cream.
